Plans for a new season of Arrested Development have been in the works for over a year now, so here is around up for all you kooky jerks of what is know about the new series, which will air exclusively on Netfix, well that and all the illegal downloading sites.
Filming began in August, however as the fame of the cast members, like Michael Cera and Jason Bateman, has grown considerably since the original three-seasons, not all the cast will be featured as an ensemble in each episode- so each episode will be about 1 cast member - ala Skins or the chapters of the Game of Thrones books. For example the first episode is titled, "Michael". We will get to see the whole cast together for the final episode, so those cheeky diva fucks are doing us a real favor - I guess.
Well not all of them - Which cast members returning is a little sketchy, and it is unclear exactly who will be back. Michael (Jason Bateman) is pretty concrete as the first episode is called "Michael", also in-for-sures are: Ann Veal (Mae Whitman), Lucille Austero (Liza Minnelli), Barry Zuckerkorn (Henry Winkler), Kitty Sanchez (Judy Greer), Bob Loblaw (Scott Baio), and Mort Meyer (Jeff Garlin). What is missing from this list is all the Bluths - couldn't give less of a shit if the Bluth's family lawyer returns to the show 10 years later if George Michael Bluth (Michael Cera) and Lindsay Bluth funke (Portia de Rossi) aren't back.
To make up for the semi cast a shit load of guest starts have been thrown at it. Mad Men’s John Slattery, Isla Fisher,Terry Crews, and Community creator Dan Harmon, have all been seen lurking around the set.

There are also lots of rummers of a possible 2 more seasons after this one and a film. Personally I think that after this there will be a film, depending on viewer numbers from the new season.
Shit fuck .. I only read this crummy post cos I thought you were talking about the band ... TV is for dweebs
